Caden & Nicholas Laughlin were the first babies casted to play baby john, they held the role of John/Spencer for many months. They were the only babies used once the doll was dropped and actual babies were casted. The boys haven't done anything since leaving GH but while on GH they also filmed an episode of Alias.





Nathan and Spencer Casamassima took over the role of Spencer on October 06 2006. They are Identical. While they still play baby Spencer the boys have gotten alot blonder as they've gotten older. They are also taking on the side work like their safeway commercial.





Lance Doven took over the role of Spencer in early 2008. The decision was made to age spencer to give him more of a storyline and out of the last 2 kids Lance was picked. But he didn't last long for an unknown reason he was recasted again with a much older child.





Rami Yousef joined the cast of gh in May of 2008. This is Rami's very first stint on tv.
