Blake and Caden Padormo started in the role of "Ian Slater" on All My Children for the show's 10,000th episode, which aired in the fall of 2008. Playing Ian through the the absence of his mother, these boys won over the hearts of fans as Zendall's little boy.


1.Have the boys done any projects before/during/after AMC?
No, actually they went to the agency one day and the next they got cast for this part...so this was there only job...

2.How did the boys enjoy the All My Children fan club luncheon?
They seemed to do ok...alot of attention on them..they luv that

3.How did the boys like working with Alex Ben and Caleb Eckstein?
Oh they loved those boys, they played with them in the playroom before the tapings...they have an older brother...so they got along good

4.How did the boys like working with Thorsten and Alicia?
Thorsten and Alicia are both so great with kids...they took to them right away, more so caden of course, blake is more of a mommas boy...lol

5. How did you feel when the boys booked the role of Ian Slater?
We were soooo excited, it is alot of work being we live on Long Island, but it was all worth it..

7. Did the boys get to play backstage with the other AMC kids?
Yes all the time...Lil adam...and the Spikes...they played with

8. How did Blake and Caden like working with Haley Evans?
They really didnt get to know her, they saw her around..she played with them sometimes..but we didnt get to no her...

9. How did the boys get into the business?
Just one day went to the agency and the next we had this great offer.

10. Is there a way to tell the boys apart? And could any of the cast members tell them apart?
Yes, Caden is a little chunkier then Blake...but thats about it, no other way to tell them apart, no one on the set could tell them apart...

11. Anything else you would like to add?
Well it was a wonderful experience, some nice college money put away..and we loved workin with everyone on the set...they will be missed in NY...
